Cask (?, Canterbury)
Smells like a freshly baked loaf of brown bread. Some stale coffee in the retronasals. Roasty body. Coffee comes back in the early finish. Big hoppy bite after that. Slightly metallic in places, but only within what you expect sometimes from noble hops. Good balance - huge bitter bite, but it fits perfectly. Nice bitter.
