Fin (2164), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Feb 14, 2008 Bottle, many thanks to Ian Harrisoni for this beer, cheers mate. Pours light golden with barely any head other than a tiny rim of white bubbles. Some preserved lemon noticed on the nose, there a few tiny yeast particles but nothing too worry about and they are all the bottom of the glass, in fact the beer has pretty good clarity. Nice soft lemony taste, this would be very refreshing if served straight from the fridge in the summer, but still it’s a very nice drop, quite tangy, some hops, it’s a subtle but nonetheless pretty impressive beer. Dry hoppy finish. Nothing special at all. DJMonarch (4091), Northwich, Cheshire, England Jul 29, 2007 Cask Stillage at Edgeley Park, Stockport 02/06/2007
Hoppy and fruity aromas. Clear golden coloured hoppy and slightly citrus with some bitterness in a crisp dry malt finish.
