COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first beer of it’s kind! We actually blended pure NY riesling juice with an American wheat beer and came up with something truly unique. The nose starts out a bit grapey and spicy, while the flavor is a subtle blend of white wine and malt. We kept the color and body light; really light and ramped up the carbonation level to bring out the fruity aromas. This is the perfect beer for those hot, Western NY summer days we all know and adore. Brewed with Pale, Wheat, and CaraPils Malts. Hopped with Centennial and Mt. Hood.

pours like a typical malt beverage. The aroma smells like stale wine. Taste is of hay herbs spices and stale white wine. The mouth feel is thin and this beer finishes with dry notes. Overall not good! I had a hard time choking down the sample.

A fine melding between the beer and wine this brewery offers. Taste is sweet, very wine like, and fruity. Easy drinker, I enjoyed this one with each sip. Cloudy oragnge haze color, no lasting head, and light carbination make this brew quite similar to a crisp white wine. It almost a hybrid of a new breed. With each tilt to the nose I am hit with grapes, white wine, tart apples and fresh cider. Great beer.

Sample at the brewery - Smelled a ton better than it tasted. Nose was Riesling with some malt. Palate was bland.

Tried at the brewery, it is very fizzy and has a nice grape aroma. However I couldn’t taste much Riesling. This ended up being a very mediocre wheat beer, nothing special.

Sampled this at the Canandaigua Wine festiful this past summer. Pale in color. Aroma of Grapes. Light and thin ale with a mild hint of grapes. A summer beer for sure.

(bottle - 22 oz) Pale gold with a fizzy white head. Aroma is very strong and full of grapes. Nothing much else. Flavor is very mild. Almost non-existent. Some very mild and stale wheat with an incredibly mild fruity hint. Some light grapes at the end.
