COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Warhawk Pale Ale is the best pale ale I’ve ever tasted. It is a truly "drinkable" pale ale. Warhawk Pale Ale is an American-Style Pale Ale, which means that it has assertive American hop character. You can really taste the Cascade hops. But what makes this a "drinkable" pale ale is the malt. We use premium 2-row malt and 3 specialty malts to give this beer the full malt complexity required to balance a "hoppy" beer. If you’re a Pale Ale fan, you will absolutely love this beer. I guarantee it.

@Indiana Beerfest-pours a offwhite head and copper color. Aroma is northwest hops, faint medium malt. Taste is northwest hops-Amarillo, some cascade, secondary medium malt.

Dark amber with some lacing and fine bubles in head. Sweet caramel malt and grassy herbal aroma. Resiny hops are present as well as some earthy and fruity notes. OK if somewhat understated. Nothing that memorable here.

Bottle at GBBF 08... copper sweet american hop ... grapefruit hop ... little sweet malt and a little spice.

A Mes rate: Bottle at GBBF.
Darkish golden brown with a thin but stable off white head. A straight forward but rather lovable American pale. Slightly sugary malt, good hops with gentle bitterness and pretty well balanced. A good finish and significantly better than the other beers we tried from this brewer.

Bottled - GBBF 2008. An amber coloured beer with an off-white head. The aroma is nice rich hops. The taste has good balance and body; nice hops and malt. Rather good, and leagues ahead of the other Warbird beers.

Pour is a copper with a average white head. Aroma is pine with some citrus. Flavor is some some light hops with a caramel aftertaste. A simple but decent beer but after having the FFF pale ale you not going to fine much that can top that one.

Bttled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, hops and some grassyness. Flavour is harsh wood, some maltyness and grass.

Bottle at GBBF 08. The best of the Warbird beers we had. Attractive amber colour with lasting beige head. Some hop, some malt. A rich malty ale. Actually it’s pretty drinkable.

Clear deep amber with medium beige head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel and hoppy notes. Flavor likewise with a bitter end.

Aroma is slightly malty. Appearance is dark. Extremely malty that becomes sort of syrup dry. Full body mouth feel.
