Dec 5, 2007 Bottle. (trade with papsoe) Pours a nice, clear, deep golden body under a small, off-white head. Malty, bready aroma with a little DMS and some fruityness. Caramel-dominated flavor with a little roasted note, some fruityness and a weak bitterness. Medium body. The finish has caramel and some bitterness. I like the flavor of the beer, and that’s the most important part of the experience, but the aroma also plays a significant part, and that’s not too good. (071205)

Sep 22, 2007 Bottle. [Thanks to Papsoe] Average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with a light brown color. Spare lacework. Aroma of caramel, grain, hint of butter, hay, fruit and bread. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Sweet finish.
