Gold to copper with a thin white head. Floral, fruity aroma, some hop / malt balance. Mouth is fruity, hoppy, with some malt playing at the end. Finishes very bitter, dry and clean. Pretty straightforward. DJMonarch (4091), Northwich, Cheshire, England Feb 12, 2007 Cask Handpump at the Castle Hotel, Manchester 20/01/2007
Golden bronze coloured floral and hoppy. Some dryness and bitterness in a crisp malt finish. Nekronos (1943), Xalapa, Mexico Feb 13, 2006 Not bad, a little bitter, but after all it is its name. Was not boring, not heavy foam, but it stayed there for long. Good though. Pub (4104), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Feb 13, 2006 Cask conditioned at The Kings Head, Bayswater, London. Amber coloured with fine bubbly head. It’s all about appearance this beer, very much a low flavoured, aromad beer, some hoppiness, dryishh bitterness over a sweet malty body, overall quite thin with a burnt biscuit background.
