COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Geschmack braucht keinen namen. Yes, the beer is simply called "BIER". Brewed for "Waren des täglichen Bedarfs GbR", Berlin http://bierbier.org/website/bier/ Es handelt sich um ein untergäriges Export bzw. Helles BIER mit 4,8% Alkohol und einer Stammwürze von 11%, das vom Einsiedler Brauhaus, einer Privatbrauerei aus Chemnitz, für uns gebraut und abgefüllt wird. Das BIER gibt es ausschließlich in 0,33l-Pfandflaschen.

330 ml bottle. It says on the label "Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, hops extract, love" :) The taste is interesting. Mildly spicy, a tad bitter. Not bad.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, vegetables, silage. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120523]
