2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The aroma is yeasty, a little malty, not particularly pleasant. Pours dark amber with a small head. The taste is bittersweet; after several sips the sweetness begins to dominate a little. Medium body, above average carbonation, feels a little sticky; the finish is mildly bitter. A little better than meh but overall still kind of meh.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can, 500ml from Grosik Euro Supermarket, Banbury. Gold to amber with slight white head. Initially it comes over as a fruity, sweetish, malty beer, reasonable palate with hints of roastiness. It does become a little over sweet and flabby later on but overall reasonable for its type.

1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
From bottle. Deep amber red. Bubbly. Caramel nose. Thin body. Verrry sweet; very unbalanced with a mouth-puckering sweetness. Not even malty caramel, almost like red pop.

2.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
A very sweet aroma, almost of cane sugar water with a hint of strawberry. A clear, almost copper tone, no head, no bubbles. Very sweet taste, not really balanced, but decent with a salty dish. Thin and a bit watery palate. Overall, ok, not good.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. The pour’s gold with a small head. The nose is pretty papery. Little else. Some honeyed pear. Corn. A touch oily and fat. Not great.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 500 ml bottle. Sparkling, medium copper pour, pillowy snow white head that leaves a light trail of lacing. Aroma has some yeasty accents, a touch of sweet cake mix. Flavor is solid with some some cake mix, a touch of molasses, some toasted bread and a back end nuttiness. Mouthfeel has a decent crispness to it. Pleasantly surprised.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Canned 10/01/14. A golden coloured beer with a white head and lace. A weak nose with just some well hidden floral hop. Quite tasty though. Light sweetness and malty strength. A bit of vomitty fruit late on but otherwise I quite like this.
