Albeit a tad thin, I enjoyed this toasted and roasted oatmeal offering. Good to try new beer from our neighbors up north. 1 pint can pour.

Pour out of 16 oz can, dark brownish black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of big cocoa, chocolate, coffee, hints of dark fruit, slight brownie, into slight roasted malt, hints of almost a bit of caramel and molasses. Taste is a mix of nice roast, coffee, chocolate into an unfortunate ashy note, some slight caramel, hints of spice, finishing slightly sweet, ashy. Without the ashy note it is an excellent stout.

16 ounce can. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like chocolate, coffee, oats, and some roasted malt. I think the taste is pretty much like the aroma, but there’s also some molasses and a bit of smokiness noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s creamy with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good oatmeal stout, I liked it more and more the longer I drank it. This was the first Warped Wing brew I’ve tried, and I’ll make a point to try some more from now on! $9.99 a 4-pack.

A very solid sweet stout bests the experience of the Belgian cream ale. While there may be other better options available in Ohio this provides a robust daily drinker for anybody in central Ohio. As stated earlier I would certainly consider stopping by their tasting room for a few samples.

Aroma / Appearance - A fluid black core supports a pillar of oatmeal layered head. The deep presence mixes roasted coffee, sweet spices, and warm oatmeal cookies fresh from the oven. This makes a good reference for a sweet stout.

Flavor / Palate - Light oatmeal, smoke, and then a dry transition form a pleasing profile that opens up slowly. Balanced and clean, the experience does not blow one away. It does provide everything you would expect however. Would I go out of my way to get another? Probably not. However it deserves a purchase for those wanting to tick the better half of the Ohio brewing scene.

Pours a black color with a tan head. Aroma is sweet with some molasses, coffee, chocolate, and some roasted malts. Flavor is strong of the roasted malts and coffee with some molasses. Quite good.

Really good oatmeal stout; not the best I've had but it's good. Very impressed by this new brewery; had 3 beers of theirs and they're all quite good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can shared by a friend. Darkest brown pour with a thick tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cream and roast. Malty and chocolatey flavor with some roast before a creamy finish.

16 oz can from Dutch’s. Pours a dark cola brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have a decent roasted malt character cut a bit by some oatmeal sweetness, chocolate and light coffee, the carbonation was on the low side, smooth, drinkable light-medium body.
