A: golden colour, medium head, poor retention, minimal lacing. S: Pronounced Hallertau. T: Fruity notes, slightly doughy, more bitterness than regular Warsteiner. M: Smooth, fading carbonation, thicker texture. O: Not really different to the usual version, not too interesting.

Pours a clear light yellow with a smallish white top. The smell is light sweet malt, grassy herbal hops. Taste is bright and hoppy in the same vain as the nose with a very dry and slightly bitter end. Light in body with fairly active carbonation. The hops taste more like extract to me and not nice fresh hops - but I expected this from Warsteiner.
