This was better than the Classic German Pilsener St Pauli Girl because it didn’t smell like rotten crotch.

A great german pilsener, i enjoyed drinking this tasty german brew. Has a different aftertaste which is standable.

hey! great session beer! had this on tap... too bad they charge import prices for it. blahhhhhhhhh. exactly what i’d expect as a ’german standard’. more enjoyable than any american standard, but still a bit watery and lacking in flavor. sweet, malty. good for getting drunk.

This is a good Pilsener, smooth, easy drinking and enjoyable. It’s slightly bitter, hoppy, and easy to drink many.

Wierd grape bubblegum aroma. Flavor has a hazelnut-tootsie roll maltiness to it. Watery mouthfeel. Not good.

This was not my cup of tea. Bitter, with an odd aftertaste, like it was sitting in an old can out in the sun.

In the bottle. Tiny bubbles. Yellow as dog pee. Nice up front bittering hops to this fizzy beer. I get a flower-like sweetness at the end. Too light for me.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2011 Bottle 4,8%. Plenty, fine head. Pale golden colour. Smells a little grainy, but tastes better. Good maltiness, a little sweet. OK mouthfeel.

Thin golden colour, white head quickly falling back to nothing. Thin malty aroma, Saaz aroma. Good mouthfeel, malty taste and a decent floral/earthy hop flavour. Crisp finish.

Canned- Pours a straw coloured body with a thick and foamy white head. Aroma is mild. Slightly mossy and hoppy. Taste is earthy and bland. Smooth on the palate, but strangely enough it feels like a porter. A strange but decent beer.
