Decent pils. Golden colored, diminishing white head. Hops in the aroma with a hint of malt. Grainy malt flavor with a dry, hoppy finish. Pretty cheap, too.

Had this in a great seafood restaurant. Went well with shell fish such as oysters, shrimp & scallops.

Light golden, diminishing head and lace. Saazy aroma, subdued malts, grains. Nice body for pils, pale malts with a bit of artificial sweetness it seems, nice saaz that sharpen in finish, strangley metallic as it warms, better out of fridge. Decent.

Pale straw color. Very clean with sweetish fruity malts and light dry hoppiness. Quick pils with no aftertaste.

Clear, light straw color and lazy carbonation. Musky hop aroma and sugary malts. Flavor of pears and wheat. This is an enjoyable beer in a pinch. A former favorite of mine before my beer education commenced but still not bad.

Light blond color. Ways too watery, light aroma, light taste, light palate. Too poor.

This brew poured a medium sized head of medium sized white mostly dissappearing bubbles that left very little lacing and a transparent light yellow orange colored softly carbonated body behind. Medium malt hop aroma, a smooth palated slighly bubbly mouthfeel and a malt hop flavor that goes down rather easily.

Decent German beer that most Germans probably hate. Pours a very wonderful light color but has a strong malty flavor. Very nice balance, well carbonated. Very easy to throw these back. Enjoy!!

EKGoldings (603) - Radford, Virginia, USA - AUG 9, 2003
UPDATED: DEC 12, 2007 German lager style with moderate hopping compared to Czecs but hops are apparent in nose and taste. Pours with rapidly disappearing head, aroma is a pleasant mix of moderately strong malt and light noble hop. Body is light, a nice lager with some taste to have ice cold on a hot summer’s day.

Pretty good pils... I can think of several better... nothing to get excited about, but then again, this style as a whole isn't gonna blow you away... just a little something to enjoy with a burger or a pizza or just to cool off on a hot day.
