Nothing to write home about. Light color. Average taste.

SpringsLicker (3251) - Tennessee, USA - JAN 3, 2004
A readily available, although somewhat average, German Pilsner. I prefer a little more body, but this is a refreshing light beer that undoubtably will have a following somewhere. Not bad, but there are better beers from Germany.

Another in a gift six pack assortment. Pale amber color with nice white head. Flowery aroma and a bitter taste. Not such a good beer but wasn't awful.

Hangover (1092) - Atlanta, Alabama, USA - DEC 28, 2003
Pale yellow pour with a head that left fast. Nondescript aroma. Weak taste... some malt notes but not much else going on here. Not impressed at all.

LiebeBier (808) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - DEC 28, 2003
This Pilsner does not have much to praise. It's a very thin, pale looking beer. Livened up with more flavor/hops this could be quite good, but it's a mediocre beer as it stands.

Jahills (151) - Cambridge (Hobart), AUSTRALIA - DEC 27, 2003
Pilsener style that doesent have heaps to write about. Smooth but thin, slides down nice and pure but then dissapears, not much in the way of genuine flavour either. Average.

papajohn (1249) - San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA - DEC 26, 2003
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2004 Pale yellow. Small fast fading white head. Grassy hop aroma. Flavor has a light sweet start with the same strange grassy bitterness that I didn't care for in the DFH 60 Min and pale ales.

This is one of my favorite pilsners. It may be slightly over carbonated but the finish is clean and doesn't linger too long.

GEOBRAU (188) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - DEC 16, 2003
Bottle: pours overly fizzy.Too Champagne- like. Tastes like light beer, watery and overly thin. Wimpy and over carbonated with no maltiness or delecate floral hop presence. This beer screams MACRO.

A international mainstream pour with few things to make it stand out. This is a brew that someone can say they like Ger. brews without ever having one.
