11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a clear gold with white head decent lacing. Aroma of malts, grain and hints of hops. Taste is pretty much the same sweet, malty with a slight bitterness to it. Drinkable and refreshing.

Keg at The Hollybush, Denford (Thwaites) A clear golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of bready malts, straw and some herbal hops. Taste of bready malts, grain, straw, a hint of cardboard and some herbal hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A crisp, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. Decent malty flavours and a refreshing herbal bitterness throughout. Other than that it’s a standard German lager.

Clearly one of the most tasteless Pilseners I’ve ever tried, more like a typical commercial pale lager.

Clear yellow with a white head which diminishes almost completely. Malty bread aroma. Taste is malty too with a nice crispy touch of herbs and citrus. Simple but refreshing. A good brew for a bulk pilsener. (0,33 can, poured in a pilsner glass)

I drank this beer, during my flight from Frankfurt to Beijing. It is an average beer, drinkable and better than the tiger. The body is yellow, gold, regular carbonation, white and thin foam. The taste is malty, some hop and watery, refreshing.

WARSTEINER Premium Verum Taste: Generic, but not bad! I would vote for any Czech beer (generic) like Pilsner Urquell, Budweiser Budvar, Velkopopovický Kozel, Gambrinus, Radegast, Staropramen, Krušovice, Starobrno, Bernard and Svijany. But hey, my local supermarket just recently imported Jever! And I’m from Heineken country! So Warsteiner is my favorite from supermarket. And not bad at all. Real beer is from Czech Republic but I’m not visiting Czech Republic everyday. One has to adjust to the limitations of one’s country. Skål!

330 ml bottle. Light yellow clear shiny color, medium big white head . Aroma of barley malt and wet cellar. Flavour is thin, hints of some spicy, peppery hops, and wet cardboard. But they all blend in surprisingly well, and make it a drinkable beer, though it’s average in every respect of the term.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. Birthday gift from my dad. A golden pale yellow beer ; clear ; medium white head ; medium retention. Herb (+), hay, light lemon, grain. Medium dry bitter refreshing ; sweet note. Light body, thin texture, good carbonation, dry herbal bitter finish. Overall, really good ! Refreshing, good pilsener. Happy with this one.

From a can. Golden, hoppy, crispy, nice lacing in my plastic airplane cup. Bitter satisfying and surprisingly good. Fresh brew and tastes really good for a big beer like this.
