Pours a clear golden with a moderate amount of carbonation and a big, foamy, white head. Very sweet aroma, with cereal and other grains. A bit less sweetness detected on the tongue, but a nice hop bite comes through. Definitely one of the better import choices.

(330ml bottle, 11.6°, 4.8 ABV, Beijing) Appearance: medium straw yellow, tight white head, a little creaminess to it. Aroma: smells like german beer, hops, grass, wood. Flavor: distinctive hops flavor, with nice round graininess. Chocolate, toast. No real fruitiness (maybe raisin?) If my eyes were closed, I might think it was a darker beer. Palate: nice on the palate, medium body, solid bitterness followthru. dry. Overall: a very good mass produced Pilsner. Not quite a Pilsner Urquell, but a solid beer.

Clear yellow with a bright white head. Wheat aroma with a hint of something floral. Well balanced flavor, and very refreshing. Good, and very drinkable. Maybe not great, but I enjoyed it.

Birra tedesca senza pretese. Aspetto tipico delle birre industriali, aroma inesistente. Molto beverina, poco alcolica, scorre liscia. Birra da pasto.

This is a good German Pilsener. It has a medium body with a delightful malt taste. It needs more hops. Compared to German beers available in the U.S. this is one of the best.

Strong hops aroma, something not plesant, but can not name it. Poor head. Clear and sparkling a little. Pale color. Medium bitter, sustaining. Light sour. Dry. Very light body, thin texture, fizzy but medium carbonation, long, to long astringent bitter finish.

This is a nice thirst quencher! It is un-offensive and lighter tasting with decent , dry flavor. I’ve had it in cans, bottles, and once on tap and they all taste pretty much the same. So I say it is a consistent brew. Nice beer!

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 5D). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 12A11. AROMA: slight sweet grainy malt aroma with very faint herbal hop notes. clean lager profile. APPEARANCE: light gold color and translucent. medium white head with average retention. TASTE: medium-low malt flavour and slight sweet. medium bitterness that lingers into a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a commercial german pils without much intensity on the malt and hop fronts.
