COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Frk. Friis er en pilsner brygget efter en gammel, tjekkisk opskrift. Der er anvendt pilsner- og karamelmalt og humlen er naturligvis en tjekkisk Saaz. Pilsneren har en alkoholstyrke på 4.8 % og har en markant bitterhed, der fint matcher øllets sødme og fylde. På en god sommerdag er en kold Frk. Friis virkelig det, den værdigt trængende har brug for!

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, fruits, grains and some mild sweetish notes. Flavour is hay, sweet malts, but otherwise quite much the same as the aroma.

clear yellow, smooth white head. faint flowery aroma, very mild. flavor is flowery, slightly yellow fruity, bitter base, but overall pretty mild.

Bottle on christmas eve at my brothers house. It is a clear golden beer, with a desent white head. The aroma is fresh and hoppy, with notes of malt, grass and citrus. The taste is fresh and slightly sweet, with notes of hops, malt, hay and karamel. Ok pilsner, but perhaps a tad on the week side.

Sleightly unlear golden with a frothing white head. Aroma is nice and clean of fresh grassy hops and some herbs. Flavor is clean and crisp with a decent amount of eu sleightly bitter hops and a light cereal sweetness. Ok for a pilsner

Pours hazy golden with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is malty, light grassy. Medium carbonation, okay light mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, malty, rather sweet, light citric. This is okay despite the lingering sweetness.

Bottle in Fynsværket. Light hazy orange with a white head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, spicy notes) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and sour/bitter. Light body.
