Commercial Description:
Fuldmægtig Skafte er en kraftig, krydret porter brygget på pilsner-, karamel-, chokolade- og sortmalt og krydret med engelsk lakrids. Der er anvendt Hellertau humle og alkoholstyrken er 6.5%. Porteren er en virkelig mandeøl, der føler sig godt tilpas i en lummer atmosfære af mandehørm og cigarrøg.

Dark brown colour, clear. Has an off-white head. Aroma has soft, dark notes, chocolate, coffee. Roasted. Flavor is heavy sweet. Soft carbonation.

Draught at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Black with a generous beige head. A fair amount of coffee character coming through in the aroma and flavour. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly dusty and rather light. Quite pleasant.

Black with beige head.Aroma is rosted wite note of tobacco and light smoked well balanced with full body really great beer.
