KØ11. Weak hoppy aroma. The flavour is caramelly and spicy, tastes like a spicy German or Czech hop to me. Almost clear dark copper colour.

On tap. Hazy, dark amber with a small off-white head. Sweet caramellish nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish caramel, a little roasted, a little yeast and a late whiff of phenols and British hops. The finish is dry with a good - if somewhat unrefined - bitterness. 141210

Unclear hazy medium to dark orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty malt, brown sugar, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel, hops, brown sugar, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101023]

Glad to see this has been added to the site. Found it by accident at the Café on 24.09.2010, walking away from Nørrebro Bryghus that was closed on a Sunday (and I’ve been told that it works, ah well), taking a random glance through their window.and seeing a tap I didn’t recognize at all. Cool. Poured a hazy ruby red body with an off white head that went away slow. Slightly sticky malty nose, strawberry?, caramel. Malt dominated taste, more fruit and caramel, some brittle. Weak bitter aftertaste, if that, maybe some alcohol, but I wasn’t sure. IPA? Not really. A solid, quite drinkable beer.

Tap @ Gavlen, Cph.
Pours murky red-bown with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma as some slight winegums, pine and caramel. Highish carbonation, fairly light but okay dryish mouthfeel. Flavour has piney, light cardboard yeastiness. Mild toasted caramel. Relatively long, light bitter finish. Okay.
