Light unclear medium red amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, orange, light to moderate yeasty, spicy - carnation, wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090204]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of matl and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy golden deep orange with a fully gone head. Light herbal and malty aroma. Sweet malty and light spiced flavour. Smooth and easy with a lasting caramel malty impression. Sweet and slight herbal impression into the finish.

Draught@CPH BeerFest 2010. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, glue, mild notes of herbs and earth. Flavour is fruits, some hops, earth, mild alcohol as well as some mild saltwatery notes. Balanced, but a bit boring.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Pale amber, no head. Syrupy buttery nose. Sweetish with medium body and clean mouthfeel, Some toffee, not a lot of depth, low bitterness. Not outstanding.

Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off white head.
Sweet aroma of caramel, butterscotsch and diacetyl.
Fruity flavour of caramel, butterscotsch, spices and diacetyl.
Buttery finish.

Tap @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours cloudy orange with a small creamy white head. Sweet malty. Caramel and fruit. Orange peel and a bit of alcohol. Flavor has an unpleasant citric and vegetable like note.

Bottle, 8.0%. Lagery aroma, hint of vegetable and spicy hops. Cloudy red/copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is sweet and peppery. There is some dried fruit and a good amount of alcohol to balance. A little liquorice or aniseed in the finish. The carbonation is rather low, I would have preferred it a bit higher.
