50 cl bottle at yngwie´s tasting at the ferry Christian IV. Brown color with beige head. Aroma has fruit and caramel malt. The flavor is roasted malt, dark fruit and some sourness. A strange bitter aftertaste-

Bottled, 2007. Black with off-white head. Aroma and flavor is sour. Some from dry roasted barley and some from an infection.

Bottled: Black, rather clear. Off white (beige) head, medium lasting. Soft carbonation. Sweet aroma with notes of wheat?. malty flavour with notes of smoke. Faintly metallic. Faintly sour (slightly infected?). Overall drinkable, but disappointing.

Bottle. Pours a copper, clear body with an off-white head. The aroma has a pleasant fruityness, caramel, some roasted malt and a slightly sour touch. Roasted, fruity and a bit sour flavor, leading to a quite bitter finish. Medium body. Not sure if the sourness is intended, but the beer was not past BB-date. Both the sourness and the hop profile is unexpected from a dunkler bock, but I’m only deducting points for the sourness. Quite refreshing in a way, but mediocre. (080229)
