Slight bit hazy pale golden color, big lasting fluffy white head. Sweet, spicy, fruity, some esters, a bit of phenoles scent. Sweet, apricots, sugary, some citrus, choriander, spicy, fresh taste. Spicy penolic, also sugary, aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. Refreshing and nice.
Goes a whole lot more to the cloudy side in the end, since I forgot to roll the bottle before the first pour.

Hazy yellow with lasting high, fine, lacing head.
Wheat-like notes with yeast, banana, and elderflower.
Sweet notes of wheat, finish a little dryer. Very nice wheat.

Pre GBBF shindig 2012. Hazy pale gold. Lasting white head. Wheat beer some orange some esters ok ish i liked the orange edge.

ChrisOs Marvellous Pre GBBF Mega Tasting. Hazy pale gold beer, little white head. Light dry airy palate. Mild seltzer minerals. Trace of dried fruits. Dry finish. Inoffensive but wishy washy and boring.

Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours faintly hazy with a sturdy, white foam head. Wheaty nose with moderate yeast and white sugar. Medium sweet flavor, some decent wheat, dough. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, more wheat, white sugar. Very basic overall but a nice and drinkable witbier.

Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. Pours light gold with a small head. The nose is paper and apple. Some yeasty dust and cobweb. The taste is light cereal, lemon and golden delicious apple. Light body, soft carbonation. OK.

Bottled@chriso pre-gbbf shindig 2012 (as Varde Å Lys Laks). Yellowish golden colour, white small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, citrusy and mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, mild yeast as well as some mild floral and a bit grassy.

Bottle as Varde Å Lys Laks at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. It pours cloudy straw yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is wheat, dough, spice and herbal notes. The taste is dough, spice, citrus pith, coriander and white grape skin, with a dry finish. Light-medium body, fine carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. So-so.
