Sankt Hans er mørk af kulør, sød og frugtagtig men ikke så alkoholstærk som en traditionel belgisk dubbel.

Serveringstemperatur 8 12 C.

Sankt Hans vil være en fortræffelig ledsager til både and, okse og vildt, men kan også give et ostebord et medspil med sin kraft og sødme.

0.5 l bottle (cellared two years), thanks Timo A! Slightly hazy dark reddish brown color. Sweetish fairly toffeish with some nuts and raisins. Toffeish and raisiny flavor with some nuts and hint of pepper. Full body. Fairly worty taste.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is sweet fruity and light spicy with notes of caramel. Caramel, spices and yeast in the flavour. Some fruit as well. Thanks Jacob for bringing.

De botella comprada en Magasin. Slightly unclear amber brown colour with a big beige diminishing head, ok lacing. Caramel spiced malty aroma, average, not strong but quite noticeable. Good mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour of caramel and spice with toasted malt, bit fruit towards the end. Sweet caramel malty spiced finish.
