COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Brewed at the Proef Brouwerij in Lochristi, Belgium for Warwik.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours murky brown with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of dark caramel, toffee and bread. Taste is malty, with some red ripe fruits, filling mouthfeel, very well balanced, sweet but a pleasant and very welcome sweetness that is. Well hidden alcohol. Me like.

Sigmund (5047) - Tau, NORWAY - JUN 27, 2012
On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy brown colour, moderate off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and ripe red berries, hints of mild spices. The flavour is smooth and medium sweet, notes of brown kandij sugar and dark fruits, hints of mild spices (but not as pronounced as in some Belgian dubbels). Very drinkable for its strength.
