NABA Beer Fest 03: Wow, one of my favorite lagers to date. This one is awesome considering it's from Utah, but given it's name, I think it's rebelling against the laws they're bound by. This lager has plenty of hops to keep the beer interesting with a well matched subtle malty body. It looks like a lager and goes down easy like a lager, but it sure doesn't taste like the ones I've had. Good job on this one guys.

Golden straw color with a nice foamy head. Sweet malt, earthy aroma. Lightly smooth and creamy texture in the taste. Has the characteristics of a bohemian lager. Not too bitter and mild. Not bad coming from Utah.

Not much aroma or head. REally a simple, pleasant beer for drinking and/or pounding. Nothing bad in the finish. Nice.

Poured a clear golden straw color with a thick, white head. The nose is fresh with grains and grassy hops. The taste was sweet malts with lots of grassy notes followed by lemony citrus flavors and finished with bitter hops. This is a complex american lager, much better than I expected

Pilsy! Golden and lovely. Classical Czech-hopped style. Bitter and malty all at once. Pretty decent.
