They were dangled before us: big, beautiful, luscious apricots Our minds said No, but our bodies said, Yes. As usual, we gave in to temptation – and created this delicious brew!

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. The aroma is apricot puree, soft dough character. The flavor is dough, apricot. This is very one dimensional. A mineral finish.

Aroma is all apricot. Pretty nice. Apricot is the dominant flavor, too; with some light malt flavor. Much better than the more prominent "apricot ale" out there -- that’s not saying much, though.

Pours a golden orange color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apricots. The taste is wheat and apricots. It’s very thin and watery. Super easy to drink but not a very well made beer.

Draft at the Park City Brewpub. Bright, light yellow and fizzy. Drinks with a dessert-like sweetness, candied apricot and tropical fruit. Not my usual fare, but a perfect cooler for a hot, sunny afternoon in the mountains. (#4630, 6/30/2012)

An Apricot Hefe, and that is exactly what it is. Aroma of apricots, and a dry finish to the taste. It’s decent.
