They were dangled before us: big, beautiful, luscious apricots Our minds said No, but our bodies said, Yes. As usual, we gave in to temptation – and created this delicious brew!

Nice surprise from a wheat beer - I was pretty skeptical at first, especially with the apricot thing going on. Not the one for flavored beers, especially sweet & fruity ... but surprise surprise ... not sweet or fruity. It has a very very smooth taste with a hint of apricot water ... not apricot flavor as in syrupy sweet, it’s the "apricot water" giving its delicious aroma while playing on your palette \m/

Pours a nice orange color, with little head. Smell is noticeable apricot and hefe yeast. Taste is crisp and refreshing with a subtle apricot flavor and standard hefeweizen wheatiness. I enjoy fruit beers and hefeweizens on a warm day, and this was very nicely drinkable and enjoyable chilled down. I’d get this again.

Not much aroma. Very subtle apricot hints that doesn’t overpower the beer base. Definitely light chick beer with emphasis on the beer thankfully

Pretty much smells like apricots. The taste is actually pretty good. Not very wheaty but it’s there. It has just the right amount of apricots and is drinkable.

Pale yellow with a slight hazed. A modest froth dies quickly but does have a full silky canopy that linger the whole drink. Aromas of fresh aproct perfume and biscuits. Nice! Light nectar with ample residual effers. Flavors of apricot sound off as the biscuit factory opens it’s doors. A bit of citrus plays it’s part. The finish is bittered nicely and leaves a lingering refreshing apricot essence. This is a nice brew with bright, clean, and refreshing attributes.

Draft at the Park City Brewpub. Bright, light yellow and fizzy. Drinks with a dessert-like sweetness, candied apricot and tropical fruit. Not my usual fare, but a perfect cooler for a hot, sunny afternoon in the mountains. (#4630, 6/30/2012)

From a bottle. Pours hazy gold. Smells delicious. Very sweet, sugary, apricot and peach aroma. Light body and low carbonation. Tastes like apricots, nectarines, peaches. Crisp and refreshing.
