Commercial Description:
This Highly controversial beer is actually a straight forward, well balanced malty amber ale. Tettanger hops provide a subtle spicy character, which balances out this well rounded ale. 1999 Bronze Medal Winner!

Holy lord. Disgusting. Near undrinkable, in fact. Pure butter and rancid hops and cabbage. Unbelievably buttery finish. Absolutely disgusting.

This copper ale poured with a nice fluffy beige head and a caramel malt aroma. The flavor is lighter than this beer’s appearance would indicate, but it’s hearty enough to afford a flavor relatively balanced between malt and hops.

Copper colored and clear in the look with a light white head. Smell is biscuits, carmel, and mostly just malty aromas. Taste is a light sweetness, malts, and caramel. Light and weaker overal. Off taste in the back of the throat.

Thanks to my friend Tricia for this one: This beer pours a dark but clear copper colour with a small creamy white top. Aroma is of sweet malts and soft caramel. Mouthfeel is light, semi-dry but firm malt character. In the taste, a tiny hint of milk chocolate, pancakes and honey. Lacing is attractive, all in all a better beer then i thought it would be.

Nothing special. Needs more alcohol and hop aroma. Tastes good, but lacks longevity. Good times in Park City though-
