3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy gold pour - nose of floral and peppery hops, with a slight lemon and herbal tea note, complimented well by the soft tones of tangy wheat - flavor is not as balanced - a little overly bitter, grapefruit pith and lemon - moderate wheat, herbal character - minimal sweetness - mostly dry, with a crisp hop bite - decent, just slightly overly bitter.

Not really an ipa (only 35 IBUs), but lots of hop aroma. One of the better beers here.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy yellow color with white head. Tropical, earthy hop aroma, more mango and orange than grapefruit. Very drinkable, nice hop fruit taste but not too bitter. Medium body, very good white ipa.

Bottle from Utah liquor store. Pours yellow with a thin khaki head. Not much on the nose. Has some orange peel notes on the tongue with some nice bitterness in the finish. Interesting.

Aroma is lemons, citrus/citrus zest and a hint of spices. The flavor is citrus/lemon, spices/citrus zest, a hint of hop resin, malts and a dry and bitter/tangy finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Aroma of grapefruit, lemon and pine. Cloudy, unfiltered yellow not unlike a wit. Sharp bitter as the aroma suggests, oddly clinical. Crisp body, sharp with zing. White IPA still unlisted as it’s own style.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap. Hazy straw gold pour. Nice hop aroma with light citrus, pine, and grapefruit with additional notes of light sweet malt and biscuit. Flavor is a solid citrusy pine and light grapefruit hop bitterness with a soft background of sweet golden malt. Hops add a decent presence to the palate. Moderately bitter finish. Really nice.
