COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

Maybe I got hold of a bad bottle, but this was pretty awful. Pours a hazy, cloudy light gold with minimal head. Citrus aromas. Flavor is a bit like a Belgian witbier crossed with window cleaner. I don’t see or taste anything to warrant this being called an IPA.

On tap at Stubby’s. Hazy yellow with a medium white crown. Aroma of wheat, mild citrus, coriander, lemon and spicy notes. Taste is similar to a witbier with lemon, citrus, coriander and a mild hoppy kick.

Aroma of grapefruit, orange peal and coriander. Nice clean citrus hop aroma. Appears a very lite, very hazy yellowish white with two finger head. Tastes of grapefruit, oranges, clean hops, and nice bitterness. Overall a very drinkable nice refreshing beer. Gonna be a great beer for mowing the lawn and yard work this summer

Aroma: oranges, light malts, grapefruit, floral hops. Appearance: straw color, quite hazy, thick white head with average retention and clumpy lacing. Flavor: citrusy hops, coriander and faint pepper, orange and grapefruit, light malts and wheat, medium bitterness, finish is clean and dry. Palate: light-medium body and medium carbonation. Overall: very nice, well balanced with good representation from both the wit and IPA sides.

Hell yeah, another nice White IPA. Hazy yellow-orange body. Thin, foamy white head. Hops take over the aroma, nice orange citrus tones. The banana clove tastes are there in the flavor, but ever controlled by the big citrus hop tones. Really a nice beer, nails the fledgling style.

Pleasant light-bodied citusy ipa. White iPAs are indeed the rage, this one is a decent rendition.
