Ghostrider is built around a traditional American IPA with a twist. We use super pale malted barley and wheat to keep the color very light, white you might say! Load of citrusy American hops combined with a touch of coriander give this dry hopped IPA wonderful complexity in aroma and flavor. This is a highly drinkable beer.

12oz into a 20oz jekyll and hyde club glass. Pours a cloudy straw haystack like yellow. Head is large, loose body, bubbly, and leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma is very frontal orange spice, orange hop, and orange wheat, drinks like a hefe but with no banana. Hops are viable and frontal, jumping on the nose from the gun. Taste is orange, honey, citrus, hoppy, and more clean orange. Clean and lively carbination leaves a refreshing taste on the tounge, This is farily good, especially for a white ipa. As for the label, you cant judge a book by its cover.

Bottle. Orange, wheat malt and orange peel aroma. Cloudy yellow with small head. Lightly sweet orange, wheat malt and mildly bitter lemon peel flavor. Not bad.

Hazy piss-yellow with a rapidly diminishing head. Big acidic citrus aromas, and some tangy yeast. A little bit of dank hops as well. Really nice flavor, more citrus with tons of orange. Quite sweet but with a piney American hop profile to the aftertaste along with wheat tang. Maybe a little much on the Wit spices though. Smooth drinking like a wheat beer. Overall this is a good example of a style that’s pretty easy to screw up.

Bottle: Pours pale yellow, cloudy, with a small white head. Aroma is lemon...citrus. Taste is grapefruit/lemon peel...dry biscuit. Very crisp and bright...like a hoppy Belgian White. No sweetness...just a focused, sharp citrus. Liked it.

Pour on tap at Town Hall Tap, hazy golden straw pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, some bubblegum, orange, lemon, slight grainy, spicy notes with a hint of white fruit. Taste is a mix of grass, pine, bubblegum, orange into some lemon, zesty notes with a hint of biscuit, bread, finishing slightly sweet, slightly bitter.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head, aroma has a little bit of citrus and hops but has a nice crisp bread and biscuit touch too, flavor has a biscuit like front end with a little bit of the hops in the finish, not overly bitter by any means but really drinkable, really not all that bad at all.

Tap. It looks like a wit but has a hoppy aroma like an IPA. The coriander spiciness was slightly odd. It had a medium bitterness in the finish. Interesting and decent overall.

Bottle. Cloudy pale gold with a bright white head.Sweet nose of dough and oranges. Almost like a pineapple upside down cake. The flavors mix well in a blending of grapefruit and almonds. Hints of grass are ever present. Tasty and refreshing. A well made beer.

Bottle: Pale, hazy straw color with a finger of bubbly off-white head. Sticky bits of lacing. Nose is sweet and hoppy. Light citrus and somewhat piney. Crisp, almost shockingly so. A bit of lemon zest, herbals, florals, and the yeast is a bit prickly. Lingering finish is dirty florals and musty malts before getting a tad soapy. Mellows out a bit towards the end of the glass, but I really didn’t get much satisfaction here.
