Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

12oz bottle, best by 11/18/14. Thanks to alexsdad06 for sharing. Totally hazy golden, slightly orange color. Thin white head. Leaves decent bits of lace. Awesome bright citrusy grapefruit zesty hop nose. Some lime. Light spice. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation, and a dry finish. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, kind of spicy. Lightly sweet. Pretty impressive white IPA.

12 oz bottle from my Utah Santa. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have mild citrus, stronger herbal hops, coriander, peppery notes, bitterness is mild, drinkability is high, decent stuff that would make a good golf course beer if it was canned.

Bottle at brewfest. Hazy yellow pour with white head. Smells of yeast, spices and hops. Tastes of spices on the front with slight hop bitter finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. It pours a very pale cloudy yellow color with a foamy white head. The aroma is doughy with some nice citrus and floral hops. The flavor is spicy and citrus hops with very pale malts in the background. The hop character is very nice and fresh. This kind of reminds me of a Belgian Witbier with a massive dose of hops. Pretty good stuff.

This IPA is very tasty. I love the smell of the hops, which are nice, but not overpowering.

Hazy yellow brew with decent head that fades out fast. Citrus aroma and taste. Loaded with a grapefruit hop that dominates the whole brew. Pretty good and it does go well on this hot afternoon.

Pour from a 12 oz. bottle, consumed on 6-6-14. "ENJOY BY 07/11/14." Hoppy, briney, mineral-y aroma features scents of lemon, salt, pine, grapefruit, and seaweed. Pours a very cloudy, hazy yellow / pale gold. Milky liquid. Moderate to large amount of off-white head is fluffy with large bubbles. Interesting look. Cool, unusual lacing that matches the head. Dry flavor features elements of honey, minerals, cracker, pretzel, citrus (orange, grapefruit, and lemon), and sesame seed. Even borders on umami. A touch of alcohol and fishiness in the finish. Pleasant but subdued flavor. Lightly dry aftertaste. Medium body. Lively and smooth in the palate. Easy to drink. Pleasant but ordinary palate effects. Overall, Wasatch Ghostrider is likeable but not outstandingly good.

bottle - Pours gold with a big, rapidly fading head with large carbonation bubbles. It has a nice citrus aroma. As expected the flavor is hop led. It’s moderately bitter and backed by sweet wheat and ample citrus. Medium bodied, it ends with lingering bitterness. Pretty good.
