Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

[Can] Very hazy amber pour with a nice pillow of cream colored head. Aromas of grassy hops, lemon rind and grapefruit. Lighter mint and herbal notes. Flavors of orange, lemon, grapefruit, coriander, peppercorns, yeast and mild pine. Clean flavors. Crisp, with a fuller body. Enjoyable. Tasting notes from 8/2014.

Ooh. Aroma of grapefruit. Slightly too carbonated for my liking. Light hoppiness with citrus taste.

This brew pours from a can a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, earthy hops and a bit of herbal yeast. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Hazy gold, small white head. Aroma of fruits-grape, peach and apricot, flavor of peach, floral hops, with a finish that is light, dry and empty.

Cloudy yellow orange pour with a big lasting white head. Tons of lacing. Aroma is citrus and piney hops with hints of coriander. Taste is strong on the spice with citrus, pine, and light bread. Light refreshing body.

Bottle brought to my christmas party (thanks!). A light yellow pour. Very effervescent (a little too much). Refreshing flavors. Light hops, citrus--orange mostly. A little light body, but quite drinkable.

Ghost rider drank fairly easily. Like most IPAs, however, it did leave a bit of an aftertaste that was pretty tasty.

When in Utah, buy Wasatch. Awesome label, as always, Wasatch. The pour, a lightly hazy pale lemon, rocky white head and good lacing. The aroma? Heavy malt, wheat and lemony dough. Tipped the glass to a mouthful of lemon flavored corn chips. Salty, doughy and uncomfortably like I would need a beer to wash away the thirst created by the snack food I was imbibing. The palate was nice, light, dry and the carbonation perfect, but the finish was just too long considering the aftertaste was still heavily "Fritos". I would blame this on the freshness, but I purchased the bottle at a Wasatch store in SLC. Can’t blame the beer....

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF 2014 Tasting - London. Pours hazy, pale yellow with a frothy white head. OK stuff, some wheat bread and citrusy hops. Moderately sweet with restrained bitterness, faint dough. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with mellow lemony hops. OK.
