3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz. bottle. It pours a very pale cloudy yellow color with a foamy white head. The aroma is doughy with some nice citrus and floral hops. The flavor is spicy and citrus hops with very pale malts in the background. The hop character is very nice and fresh. This kind of reminds me of a Belgian Witbier with a massive dose of hops. Pretty good stuff.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy yellow brew with decent head that fades out fast. Citrus aroma and taste. Loaded with a grapefruit hop that dominates the whole brew. Pretty good and it does go well on this hot afternoon.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour from a 12 oz. bottle, consumed on 6-6-14. "ENJOY BY 07/11/14." Hoppy, briney, mineral-y aroma features scents of lemon, salt, pine, grapefruit, and seaweed. Pours a very cloudy, hazy yellow / pale gold. Milky liquid. Moderate to large amount of off-white head is fluffy with large bubbles. Interesting look. Cool, unusual lacing that matches the head. Dry flavor features elements of honey, minerals, cracker, pretzel, citrus (orange, grapefruit, and lemon), and sesame seed. Even borders on umami. A touch of alcohol and fishiness in the finish. Pleasant but subdued flavor. Lightly dry aftertaste. Medium body. Lively and smooth in the palate. Easy to drink. Pleasant but ordinary palate effects. Overall, Wasatch Ghostrider is likeable but not outstandingly good.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle - Pours gold with a big, rapidly fading head with large carbonation bubbles. It has a nice citrus aroma. As expected the flavor is hop led. It’s moderately bitter and backed by sweet wheat and ample citrus. Medium bodied, it ends with lingering bitterness. Pretty good.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from the Utah State store on Harris. Pours like a gold hazy wit with a foamy/frothy white head. Aroma is lightly bready and somewhat citrus. Med body. Flavor is clearly citrus, but the malt is quite as expected. Sort of cracker/bready. Quite smooth, but the flavors are only medium strong. Quite drinkable tho.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy yellow pour with a pale gold core and a creamy one finger, off white head. Aroma dominated by a nice, bright citrus and tropical fruit hop note, the coriander is detectable, but probably would have just blended with the citrus hops if it wasn’t called out in the description, there are some light biscuit and sweet malt notes in there too. Flavor is lemon heavy citrus, tart berry fruit, coriander (more evident that in the aroma), a light leafy, herbal earthiness and a little orange slice candy to the finish. Light body, somewhere between chalky, juicy and watery on entry light, sharp carbonation and drier, chalkier and less juicy finish. Pretty good overall, just enough coriander to compliment the hops and a nice, bright hop profile, this could be a very good beer to compliment some fatty BBQ on a hot summer day.
