Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

Can from a dirty liquor store outside Waco. Light, hazy pour with a big white head. Aroma is wheat cut and light citrus. Taste is almost boozy, grapefruit, wheat, and earth.

Hazy yellow pour with a pale gold core and a creamy one finger, off white head. Aroma dominated by a nice, bright citrus and tropical fruit hop note, the coriander is detectable, but probably would have just blended with the citrus hops if it wasn’t called out in the deScription, there are some light biscuit and sweet malt notes in there too. Flavor is lemon heavy citrus, tart berry fruit, coriander (more evident that in the aroma), a light leafy, herbal earthiness and a little orange slice candy to the finish. Light body, somewhere between chalky, juicy and watery on entry light, sharp carbonation and drier, chalkier and less juicy finish. Pretty good overall, just enough coriander to compliment the hops and a nice, bright hop profile, this could be a very good beer to compliment some fatty BBQ on a hot summer day.

Pours bright hazy yellow with white head. Looks great. Smell is fruity and citrus. Taste is bitter fruity tea like hoppiness and cracker like malt. Thin bodied with prickly carbonation and the flavor kind of falls flat somehow.

Draft sample. Hazy yellow in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas of white grapefruit , cut grass and raw wheat. Grassy and quite soapy in the mouth along with a bit of wheat and citrus. Medium bodied with firm bitterness. Very tasty overall.

Hazy straw color with white head. Doesn’t have the bitter kick like some IPA’s. Interesting spicy and citrusy flavors.

BLADT (692) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - APR 22, 2014
UPDATED: APR 27, 2014 Bottle pour. Hazy yellow with a solid finger of head. Aroma is floral hops and lemon zest, with faint notes of wet dirt and cloves. Flavor pulls through the citric hops and earthiness from nose. Adds a pinch of peppercorn. Enjoyable.
