Hazy golden pour big white head. Aroma of citrus, maybe some tropical fruit, lightly spiced. Taste is not really "white" but there is a little corriander, mostly hoppy and light. Pretty good beer actually!

Gold pour with a white head. Nose is light spice, yeast, fresh hops, and crisp. Easy palate, light citrus hops, followed by spice and a faint yeast finish.

From 12oz bottle into Eku 28 Pils type glass. Pours yellow straw with big head. Aroma of lemon merengue pie, fresh sour dough bread and light white pepper. Med carb and significant mouthfeel. Flavors of grapefruit rind, white pepper, grassy hops, bitter roots. Overall bold in flavors and more bitter than the look or aroma would suggest.

12oz bottle. Not sure about the whole white IPA style in general but I suppose this is a good attempt. Very drinkable though not all that memorable.

Bottle thanks to Sledutah. Pours a cloudy pale orange. Aroma of tangerine with some lemon. The taste is clean with just a slight bitterness. Thin and refreshing with medium high carbonation.

This is the first IPA I have purchased. I enjoy craft beers in small quantities. I often crave the unique and original characteristics of these liquid arts. This is one of my favorites. It is bold in flavor and nose but light on the pallet. I often enjoy fat tire and it is the flavor I like most but find it too filling. This has many of the same flavor notes but I donít feel like I have eaten a full meal after 3 bottles. I enjoy this very much but I see where many would not.

Hazy straw hue with a thick rocky/foamy head. The aroma smells like IPA candy, if such a thing existed; sweet lemon rind and bitter pine/floral resins, mix with a sugary wheaty sweetness on the nose. The flavor kinda tastes earthy with a wheat/rye bread dough chewiness, a bit of lemon zest, and a little grassy hops before a little dry toffee finish. Not too bitter, but hoppy throughout. Simple, but complex.

Bottle (only brewing info on the label suggests itís made by Utah Brewers Cooperative in SLC? thought that was just a store, but maybe also brewing the higher-ABV Wasatch and Squatters stuff?). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (resin/pine, lemon oil), lightly yeasty (dough), with a note of detergent. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Canít say I really get any of the coriander, but it might just be because Iím overly sensitive to the resinous/piney hop odors, which covers most things up for me...kinda soapy and doughy too, and not much else going on. Bit bland and tart and watery in the mouth, but ok I guess, no glaring flaws. Overall average or so. Never really understood the point of this hybrid style...seems like clashing ideas to me, spices and hops basically competing with each other for the aromatic high points.
