Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!

Pours a cloudy, light straw color with a nice sudsy white cap. The nose is full of citrus with hints of wheat and coriander. The beginning of each sip starts out like a wheat beer with notes of biscuit, coriander, lemongrass, and orange peel. Mid palate big citrusy tangerine hops "pop" adding a bit of bitterness to the back of the tongue. Swallowing the beer releases more of the soft and grainy wheat flavors with an emphasis on coriander & cloves in the finish.

Pale straw, hazy, white head. Aroma of fruity, tangerine-citrus (and lemony), hops, a little caramel sweetness. Flavor: grainy and crackerlike malt with some spicy wheat, corriander notes, orange-zest citrus and some lemon. Very bright and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Salt Lake City Airport location. Overall I just can not get behind the White IPA style. This brew has the wheat and sour IPA taste that comes with the style. The finish is a bit more bitter than other white IPA’s.

Hazy light golden color with wispy white head. Nice skunky, spicy earthy hop, citrus peel aromas. light body, lively carbonation. Skunky earthy grassy hop flavors with orange peel, peppery phenols---good.

12 oz bottle pours a cloudy straw color with moderate white head and some lacing. Aroma is full of lemon and wheat with perhaps some bananas and some other grains. Taste is mostly bitter, especially in the finish. Body is light to medium with average carbonation. Not a great white IPA, but still refreshing, like a shandy.

Bottled. Poured clear straw golden with a tall, sticky white head. The aroma picked up lemon rind and dusty earth with lightly-toasted wheat backing.. came back to the lemon as it warmed. The flavor found more lemon and tart wheat throughout.. grainy, bitter, and tart on the long finish.. didn’t come together great. Light-medium bodied and a tad sharp on the palate.. this was OK overall, but not much more.

Bottle pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. Medium mouthfeel with bitter hop and grapefruit flavor with nice lingering bitter finish. A very good IPA

A great cloudy white appearance. This is a lightly-hopped yet correctly-hopped IPA. Smooth with a light feel to the body. Quite good.

12oz bottle pours with a pale opaque gold body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up a mix of lemon like citrus hops, sweet banana and a touch of grainy malts. The taste is similar with a light sort of citrusy hop note along side of some sweetness and a mild banana like esteriness. To midway a thin ribbon resiny hops of surfaces along with a slight increase in mostly citrus based hop bitterness.

12oz bottle thanks to Gription79! Pours a light golden lagerish color with a lingering finger of creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, and nail polish remover. Taste is much better then the aroma. Light and refreshing. Reminds me of summer shandy. Lemony, wheat, slightly bitter.
