Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

Tap. It looks like a wit but has a hoppy aroma like an IPA. The coriander spiciness was slightly odd. It had a medium bitterness in the finish. Interesting and decent overall.

On tap at the Monte Carlo Pub (Las Vegas, NV). Slightly hazy, blond body with a good, lasting, white creamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with coriander and citrusy hints. Its well balanced hoppy taste carries herbal, citrusy, and malty notes. Ends with a sharp bitter finish. Well done.

This is a tough one to judge. Not getting a lot out of the nose. Pours a hazy, very light straw with decent lacing. A bit of hops, light citrus, and a hint of something else. Assuming coriander, but if it wasn’t listed on the crowler, I doubt I would have known. There is not much to this, and unfortunately I am paring it with a thai pizza that overwhelms the tastes of this beer.
