On tap @ Wasatch Sugarhouse. Slightly hazed golden pour with white foam. Slight banana and a bunch of applesauce. Nice bready malt, some dough, and orange zest. A fair bit of malt and fruity ester sweetness. Mild chalk on the finish, but pretty decent overall.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap. Primarily wheat aroma with hints of banana and lemon. Golden yellow with decent head. Primarily wheat malt flavor in the flavor as well - slight hints of typical banana and clove coming out. Agree with Zim29 that this was more like an Am wheat than a true Weizen.

"flavor is ok, but the body is thin, even for the style, which was quite the distraction. overall, it was pretty boring, and too light to really be enjoyed."

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled in the Salt Lake City airport while waiting for my connection to Vegas. Cloudy amber gold with a big off-white head. Sweaty, wet-hair aroma. Mildly sweet spice, wheaty, tart finish. More like a cross between an American wheat and a Belgian wit. Not bad, but not one I’d call a hefe in a blind taste test.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the brewpub in Park City, Utah. Pours a clear orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is full of citrus and wheat. The taste is much more on the wheat side, some spices and citrus fill it out. A nice brew, easygoing and full. Enjoyable.

Average hefe. Bananas, some lemon citrus. Drinkable but much better offerings out there but maybe not in Utah

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Salt Lake City Airport Location. Slightly murky, dark yellow pour with a soft, pillowy white head. Nice essence of cloves in the aroma. Solid hefe flavor with good bubble gum and banana notes. Decently thick mouthfeel. Refreshing after running through the airport - chugged this down in about five minutes when I saw that there was still time to catch my flight to Honolulu as the gate was just a few feet from the bar - anything for a rating!
