Poured on draught a hazy light gold color with a large white soapy head. The nose was of yeast, cloves and lemon. The taste starts with a malty sweetness, toasted grain and banana. A lemony bitterness comes next giving it a slight bite. Some spicey esters mingle with the bitterness in the finish, giving it a slight dry, grain finish. A nice Hef that makes a great, easy drinking session beer.

Jul 9, 2008 On tap at the brewpub in Park City, Utah. Pours a clear orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is full of citrus and wheat. The taste is much more on the wheat side, some spices and citrus fill it out. A nice brew, easygoing and full. Enjoyable.

Feb 1, 2008 Not a bad wheat. Hints of citrus and banana. Some sweet spice as well. Very average hefeweizen, nothing special. I had this in the Salt Lake City airport while I had a layover. Not a bad way to pass some time.
