Wasatch Provo Girl has a thick, white, creamy head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, lots of tan sediment chunks, streaming bubbles, and heavy lacing left on the sides of the glass. The aroma is of lemony and pungent barley, some grass, hay, and bread. Taste is of all that, with sweetness. Bitterness is low. Mouthfeel is high medium, but not gritty, and Wasatch Provo Girl finishes crisp and mild. RJT

Can at trailer. Clear light golden color with white foam. Peppery, spicy, dusty pils malt aromas. Medium bodied. Doughy, bready, malty flavors with spicy black peppercorn---not too bad.

appearance:clear bright gold, creamy white head. aroma: white bread, slightly grassy, a little honey. taste: a bit of toast, a bit of grain some pepper and grass. finish: slightly creamy palate, fades quickly to a mineral finish. notes: Pretty average pilsner. Not bad, definitely better than a comparable macro, but I probably wouldn’t cross the street for it. Draft at Squatters in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Draft at the SLC airport Squatters. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy off white head and decent lacing. Tastes like corn, bready and biscuit malt, faint citrus and straw. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like light citrus, corn, and bready malt.

On tap @ Squatters. Clear golden pour with white foam. Crackery and bready malts dominate. Has kind of a corn flakes sweetness to it. Mild floral hops, a bit of soap, and perhaps chalk. Lemony, tangy finish to the flavor along with some husky bitterness. Not terribly enjoyable.

Pours clear golden yellow with a large bright white head. Smells grainy and spicy. Taste is crisp, grain, spicy hoppiness. Light-bodied with a wet texture and active mouth-carbonation, Wasatch Provo Girl Pilsner finishes with a slight lingering sweetness.

Light pour, biscuity aroma. Fairly light, again not a lot of Saaz crispness, but clean and entirely enjoyable. Perfectly nice at 4%.

"nice interpretation of a classic pils. the stupid Utah 4% rule doesnt really hurt this brew like a couple of the others. looks a little watery, but comes across crisp and clean, grassy, floral and a tiny bit sweet. decent summer brew."

Canned 355ml. -Finally! The most expected beers have arrived! Well, the story goes like this - my friend "Dragan the Drot" went to live to USA, Salt Lake City, so I’ve asked him to bring me some Wasatch beers when he would come to visit Croatia. So, he came here some four years ago, but have brought no beers. Then, a week later, his girlfriend came too, and he said she was bringing the beers. But, again no beers - they said she was thirsty and drank them while waiting for plane to catch....hmm?! Some time after that, he has sent a package - I though this is it, but no, he has sent a bottle of tequilla! (very good tequila but never mind). And now, after six years of waiting, my friend has come to visit again and this time he has brought a bunch of Wasatchs beers plus one Squatters! Heeeellll Yeaaahhhh!!!
Now something about beer itself...Yellow coloured, small airy white head, big bubbles of carbonation, grassy nose. Weak malty, light grassy and quite watery with short bitterish finish. Poor brew.
