We love raspberries. We love beer. Joining the two seemed natural, and like other natural things to do, it spawned something beautiful. You’ll love getting to know this member of the Wasatch family!

Bottle in the hotel. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is heavy raspberries and light earthy wheat malt. Flavor is crisp raspberries, lightly tart, crisp earth wheat malt and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.

Bottle, hotel tasting, Warwick, RI. Clear golden color, almost flat. Big aroma of perfumy, dusty berries. But the berries don’t go well with the lager base.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance had a hazed over slightly red to light amber color. The head was there but it died within about less than forty seconds. Light lacing stuck and then slid. The smell definitely had the raspberry and as it warmed there was a decent grainy/wheatiness lightly coming in. The taste was a fairly decent combination of the wheat and the raspberry, slightly sweet but also a decent tart. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. The carbonation was decent for the style and for me. It seemed a bit slick on my tongue. Overall, for the most part, a pretty good raspberry wheat ale I could have again.

Raspberry, sweet aroma. Similar flavor--with some light biscuit-y malt that comes out more in the finish/aftertaste. Pretty good balance; the malt flavor is light, but not overwhelmed by the raspberry.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. The aroma is raspberry, doughy, an almost Belgian yeast quality. The flavor is watery, slight dough, raspberry. Very light on the palate. No real flaws other then being extremely light bodied.

From a bottle while vacationing near Zion Nat. Park in Utah. Aroma was of raspberries, cloves and light hops. Taste as similar in nature - Raspberry was evident up-front but was not too prevalent - just right. Palate was nice. Overall, a pretty good fruit/wheat brew.

12oz bottle picked up at Smiths
Appearance: Pours slightly cloudy with a medium sized white head and some lacing
Aroma: Sweet raspberries, wheat and yeast
Taste: Sweet (waxy) raspberries and wheat
Footbalmed, sweet and tastes like artificial fruit.

Too damn fruity. Putrid artificial raspberry taste ruined this one. If I wanted a fruity drink I’d buy wine.
