3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle thanks to Douglas. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with minimal white head. Aroma shows some light white bread malt character with a touch of rosey, flowery esters or hops. Taste is initially quite bitter but then shows some malt sweetness with a touch of honey flavor. Hop flavor is quite low, but I think this bottle has a few months on it, or more. Finish is slightly sweet, and carbonation is a touch low. Otherwise this held up pretty well.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: FEB 18, 2015 There’s nothing terribly offensive about this pilsner, it’s just not as crisp, clean, or smooth as you’d like it to be. The graininess seems unrefined and the mouthfeel can be prickly. These things prevent Summerbrau from being a go-to choice for sweltering days. Still, it’s an okay pils with suitable hoppiness and overall flavor.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from total wine Glendale. Pours pineapple yellow with a thin white head. Doesn’t leave much lacing but this beer does have abandonment issues so that’s no surprise. nice and fruity on the tongue. Finishes clean. Very drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wasatch Summerbrau has a thick, stark-white head, and a hazy, golden, bubbly appearance, with some lacing left behind. The aroma is of mild sweetness, bread, sugar, and lightly-roasted malts, and the flavor is of sweet, lemony, sugary, light malt, a bit of mild hops, and a touch of sourness. Mouthfeel is medium and soft, and Wasatch Summerbrau finishes dry, refreshing, and highly drinkable. Overall, this is a very good beer. RJT

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Herbal, sweet and grain malt aroma. Herbal, spicy flavor up front; finishing with sweet malt. Also some grainy malt flavor--but it’s kind of overpowered by sweetness. Maybe not enough bitterness to balance it?

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pale Cloudy Orange Color. Initial smell gives off some floral hop, malt and yeast notes.. Taste has a strong wheat characteristic as well as sweet malts, hops and barley. Body is quite heavy and the carbonation is light. Decent Pilsener overall but it feels very "meh" for the most part

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours golden straw, not much of a head. Sweet malt aroma. Smooth and nicely hopped for a pils, which I like, but not much complexity to the nose or flavor.

Nice pils with just enough hops. Light color, decent carbonation, a good, slightly bitter finish.
