3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle thanks to douglas88. Pours darkish gold with a big frothy white head. Bready aroma. Perhaps a bit of noble hop. Near medium body with decent carbonation. Flavor is bready and hallertauish. Finish is mildly bitter. It’s on its way to being a German pilsener, not just a pale lager. Some light fruit developed somewhere, I’ve just noticed.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Not a typical pilsener. It reminds me more of a clean tasting pale ale, not true to style.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear orange copper with a small off white head. The aroma is sweet bread and floral hops. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet malt and citrus with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a good pilsener from Wasatch.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle, from a recent roadtrip of my parents’. Clear yellow color, white head fading to minimal, leaving a good lacing. Nice faint fruit to this pilsner, maybe kiwi, or pineapple. Slightly sweet. Smooth, but carbonation peaks sharply through the finish.
