What are these folks at Wasatch doing?! They are turning out solid brews, that’s what!! This brew poured up a clear golden colored body with a frothy pearl-white colored head with good retention and slowly dissipating down to a thin sheen and light lacing and a good amount of carbonation. Aromas of sweet malts, spices, hops and lemongrass. Light-bodied with a very clean, refreshing finish with no harsh aftertastes. Easily one of the best pilz to have by the grill or by the fryer!

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan. Clean, doughy aroma. A pretty respectable offering from the Wasatch crew. Medium bodied, straightforward lager. Sweet malty tones, light peppery hops. A really great session beer, impressive.

Bottle courtesy of superdave. Pours a golden color with a frothy beige head. Smells of naval oranges and yeast. Tastes of both with mild lemon, cream, and hops in the flavor. Hearty for a lager - not bad at all.

This was a quite pleasant lager beer. Some crispness, a good flavor, no funk, excellent on a hot day, and it was very hot today in vegas.

Overall a very refreshing German style pilsner along the lines of a Dortmunder Pils. Great to pair with grilled meat & veggies.

Bottle courtesy of douglas88. Pours a hazy amber with a lasting white head. Smells of citrus, pilsner malt, some earthy hints. Tastes of dry pilsner malt, noble hops, dry earthy finish.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear orange copper with a small off white head. The aroma is sweet bread and floral hops. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet malt and citrus with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a good pilsener from Wasatch.

Bottle - Clear gold with a big foamy white head. Nose has sweet herbal hops with a honey malt base. Touch of spice on the hops. Body is sweet grain, honey, with a touch of sourness. Same herbal/light spice hopping that lasts through the finish. Bigger body than I expected, with some slickness. Well-carbonated. A bit on the sweet side, but better than I expected.

Corn/grain aroma with a sweet note. Medium yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Body is a lot thicker than I expected. The corn/grain follows the aroma into the taste with a light honey sweetness along with a fairly crisp bitter grassy hop bite. Finishes with a crisp Pilsner flavor and dryness. Overall a nice malty summer lager.
