Spicy, peppercorns, lemon, citrus, dry , a touch of red wine, which must be the port. Bitter lemon on the nose. A slight hint of sour saison about it as well.

McNeillR (2210) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 20, 2013
Pale light cloudy yellow with ringed white head. Creamy white lemony nose. Soft chalky wine, nice gristle of wood. Port is more a kickback from the ageing, woody and deep berry. Dank chalky bitter finish - lightly sweet linger. Pretty decent.

Bottle, Black Friday Tasting

750 to trappist shared by 2. Trade from Sledutah. Thanks! Geuzey aroma. Light colored with a hint of haze. Very interesting flavors with a nice champagne like carbonation bite. Some sweetness under the gums. Slightly funky and sour. Belgium in two weeks. Good warmup.
