(12oz bottle). Pours amber with off-white head and produces some ok lacing. Aroma of grass, leather, toast and some dried fruits. Taste is sweet from the nice maltiness. Medium bodied with thin and creamy texture. Smooth with noticeable alcohol. It’s an ok beer that is a bit hot with the alcohol.

Murky brown with a quickly dissipating tan topper. Heavy aroma of nuts, molasses, toffee, caramel, sweet and sticky in every way imaginable. Taste is sweet, sticky and malty as well. Nuts, caramel, toffee though it finishes up a bit weird and a touch dry.

Sample from the girls at Plaza Liquors in Tucson, thanks! Clear brown, small tan head. Aroma of caramel. Taste resembles a sweet scotch ale. Not bad.

Clear brownish pour - minimal, soda-like lace - roasty nose, with notes of hazelnut, toffee, toasted bread - medium sweet, with a fair amount of balancing hop bitterness uncharacteristic of the style, but it works - caramelized sugars - a touch of raisin and date - burnt grains - hints of roasted nuts - moderate acidity through the middle - finishes a bit like burnt caramel corn, which is a bit of a turn off - decent, but the finish derails it.
