(Bottle) Clear gold, lasting white bubbles. Butter, sweet, artifician sugar, bad saccharin linger, no real redeeming qualities here.

Pours a light golden yellow with a beautiful, fluffy cotton head. There’s a Bready nose of Munich and pilsner malts and a nice herbal hop smack. German malts at first with a herbal/ grassy hoppiness about midway. The finish is very clean and crisp, lightly bittered. Creamy texture and smooth mouth feel, light bodied. Really a great beer, balanced perfectly. An awesome, smooth drinking lager.

Bottle at thirdeye11’s birthday. Yellow with a white head. Aroma is full of biscuit malt. Very sweet. Flavor has a lot of biscuit malt, as well as some grass and toffee. Not bad, but not great.

Big 750mL bottle courtesy of the uber generous douglas88. It pours crystal clear pure gold with thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a sweet mix of malts, grainy malts, corn, floral hops and a touch of apple like fruity esters. The taste delivers as sweet malts and corn to grainy notes mix with an adequate level of floral hop bitterness and flavor. Man, I am in the mood for this as it is drinkin’ gooood.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a little bit of white head. Flavor is very malty/bready and sweet, almost with a honey finish.

Ughsmash (7001) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 28, 2012
750mL bottle. Poured crystal-clear, bright golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up toasty honey and grainy notes, with fresh grassy and herbal accents.. sweet overall.. solid. The flavor found bread and honey maltage at the core.. lemon zest, hay, and light herbal bitterness around.. finished a touch watery. Medium-bodied with decent balance on the palate.. good bock.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. There is a sulfur aroma that I find off putting. Nice sweet pilsner malt character as well as a fruity bitter hop profile in the beer. Nice and easy drinking.

750 ml bottle at Squatters. Nose of bananas, light cloves and a slight sweetness. Clear yellow with a small white head. Flavor spicy sweet bitter.
