3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle
Thanks to Santa for sending this my way. It was not the best beer in the box but overall I was pleasantly surprised. More people should give this a try if it is available outside of Utah.
Aroma / Appearance - A huge foamy head took time to condense into a carbonated golden body which reminded me of banana esters, yeast, and candy sugar. Very sweet on the nose it had a hint of spiciness but not enough to offset the other profiles.
Flavor / Palate - Thin with an unexpected sour bite it filled the mouth with watery banana nut bread. A glaze of sugar like a Krispy Kreme donut came next before the moist finish. Overall it was a decent release but since I don’t know what they were intending exactly I am not sure they succeeded.

Brought this back from Utah. Ok beer, not my favorite. Not a strong aroma, yeasty to me. Spices in power the taste. A nice buy.

Bottle. Aroma of herbal spices. Flavor lemony, tart-bitter. Spritzy, crisp, refreshing in the mouth, pretty solid if not breathtaking.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle thanks to douglas88. Pours a cloudy light yellow with soapy white head. The aroma is quite perfumy with lavender, coriander, zest, and yeast notes. The flavor is nice and crisp, with more of the zest element and less of the other spices. There’s a sort of doughy malt profile throughout with a bit of peppery yeast. The finish is a bit floral. Pretty crisp, drinkable brew.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale gold with a slight haze. Crisp up front, somewhat chewy toward the finish. Spicy and herbal, with elements of coriander, clove and white pepper. Sweet malt base, with hints of white cake and honey. Mild yet fitting bitterness level. Refreshing and tasty beer.
