COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Bottle From AJ’s Fine Foods Scottsdale. Pours yellow and pretty clear. Nice coriander with a little orange on the nose. Fairly fruity on the tongue. Finishes clean. Solid example of the style.

This is a better than average wit. Lots of spice and citrus with a sweet wheat character.

A hazed wit with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, smooth lemony malt with banana and cloves, nice and fruity. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light cloves and berries, OK. Bottle at Slice Las Vegas, June 2013.

Bread/biscuit, citrus, yeasty aroma. Flavor has sweet, bready malt; orange and peppery spice; Wit yeast character, including some banana. A hint of bitterness, that tastes like pith? A little on the sweet side--would like to see more of the grainy malt character in the flavor.

Light yellow color and very small head that dissipates very quickly. I smell wheat, citrus, and spice. I taste mostly the same with banana and light coriander. It’s ok and I would drink it again.

Tap at Huberts. Pours hazy with white head. Aroma is lemon, corriander and wheat. Flavor matches aroma, quite refreshing with a nice citrusy kick.

Wasatch White Label has a thick, frothy, white head and a hazy, very bubbly, yellow-golden appearance, with a little bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is of lemon, coriander, a touch of banana, and white bread. The taste is the same, with a good amount of sugary sweetness in there. Bitterness is essentially nonexistent. Mouthfeel is light to medium and soft, and Wasatch White Label finishes mostly dry, refreshing, and highly drinkable. This beer is delicious and well made. I rate it excellent. RJT

Picked this one up at Whole Foods in Las Vegas on behalf of adnielson, so that he could live vicariously through me as I take down this garbage juice. Pour is clear straw with a small white head that quickly dissipated - decent lacing. Wheaty, spicy, somewhat skunky aroma - lacto, biscuit, and dough. Taste is wheaty, bready, grassy, lightly spicy, a touch of coriander, banana, and citrus with a crisp/dry finish. Light body with high carbonation. Pretty simple and really kind-of: Meh. Oh well, just throw it back and get buzzed quick!
