COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Bottle. Anytime someone uses ’drinkability’ as the only quality on a label, it means bad things. I mean, technically, sulfuric acid is drinkable. So’s mercury, molten lead, horse urine, and sewage out-flow. This beer is better than those things -- but it’s not a very good beer. A funk of bandaid on the nose and a bland, boring taste combine with an unattractive pale yellow to create a beer that makes Blue Moon look like Westvlaeren. Avoid.

Pours a clear yellow color with aroma of fruit specifically cherries. Taste is very clean and light, slight spice and citrus throughout. Overall a very drinkable beer that was surprisingly tasty.

Purchased at the state liquor store in Provo Utah. Drank and rated while watching world cup soccer. Go Germany. Very nice starter beer. Easy to consume with nice clove bannana citrus flavors.

Clear yellow pour some head. Aroma of yeast coriander funk. Tastes strongly of yeast, coriander, orange, tang, brine. Dry yet sweet finish.

Nice dark golden pour with a quickly diminishing white head. I am really starting to like these Belgian Whites. Nice balance of hops and citrus with a crisp finish. My only knock on the Wasatch brews is the low alcohol content. They must not want the polygamists in Utah too get too hammered.

Pours cloudy faint golden color with white head. Nose reminds me of pears, light banana, and other light tropical fruits. Palate is somewhat cracker wheat like, with some pleasant sweet and sour flavors. Finishes somewhat chalky. Overall, impressive considering that it came from Utah.

Bread/biscuit, citrus, yeasty aroma. Flavor has sweet, bready malt; orange and peppery spice; Wit yeast character, including some banana. A hint of bitterness, that tastes like pith? A little on the sweet side--would like to see more of the grainy malt character in the flavor.

Bottle. Clove and spice on the nose. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a tiny white top that didn’t linger, also no lacing; yawn. Taste was packed with coriander, orange peel, citrus, and with a subtle spice finish. Easy to drink, and left a pleasant taste on the palate.

Aroma: pils malts, wheat, lemon, hints of coriander. Appearance: straw colored, slight haze, white head with average retention and thin wisps of lacing. Flavor: bread, yeast, light spices and nice fruity ester profile, lemon, low bitterness, dry finish. Palate: light body, medium carbonation. Overall: solid witbier, refreshing and drinkable.

Pours an opaque straw color. Not much head. Very clear citrus flavor, A drinkable enough wheat beer, but not great. While this isn’t my favorite style, it is still enjoyable.
