3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle pours hazy yellow-gold with a decent sized white head. Aroma is wheat, lemon, coriander, bubblegum, with additional light notes of banana and yeast. Flavor shows the same. Overall nice interpretation of a belgian wit from a Utah brewer. Who woulda thunk it?

Bottle from superdave’s cooler of wonders. Pours like pineapple juice with a trim white head. Smells of coriander and shame. Tastes the same with added notes of citrus and black pepper. A fair compliment to white fish, in my estimation.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A- Cloves, coriander, wheat, eggs, lemon.
A- Pale yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head.
T- Coriander, cloves, wheat, spices.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish.
O- A little light. Then again, I had this bottle sitting around for way to long, so it certainly wasn’t in it’s prime. Lots of spice and wheat on the palate and nose. Otherwise a pretty standard wit.

Not one of my favorite styles, but still decent. A good wheat beer, and at least the spice flavors aren’t overwhelming. to me.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2015 There’s a lot to like about this Belgian White. The wheat malt flavors are mild and refreshing. There’s also a soft citrus taste. In the end, there’s nothing unusual or astounding about this beer, but I can’t think of anything that’s wrong with it.

Nice dark golden pour with a quickly diminishing white head. I am really starting to like these Belgian Whites. Nice balance of hops and citrus with a crisp finish. My only knock on the Wasatch brews is the low alcohol content. They must not want the polygamists in Utah too get too hammered.
