COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

Bread/biscuit, citrus, yeasty aroma. Flavor has sweet, bready malt; orange and peppery spice; Wit yeast character, including some banana. A hint of bitterness, that tastes like pith? A little on the sweet side--would like to see more of the grainy malt character in the flavor.

Pours cloudy faint golden color with white head. Nose reminds me of pears, light banana, and other light tropical fruits. Palate is somewhat cracker wheat like, with some pleasant sweet and sour flavors. Finishes somewhat chalky. Overall, impressive considering that it came from Utah.

Bottle. Light hazy yellow with white head. Smells of citrus, yeast, lemon. Crisp and effervescent. A bit funky, but also flat in the middle. Tastes very much like a typical white ale. It was ok.

Pours an opaque straw color. Not much head. Very clear citrus flavor, A drinkable enough wheat beer, but not great. While this isn’t my favorite style, it is still enjoyable.

There’s a lot to like about this Belgian White. The wheat malt flavors are mild and refreshing. There’s also a soft citrus taste. In the end, there’s nothing unusual or astounding about this beer, but I can’t think of anything that’s wrong with it.

Aroma: pils malts, wheat, lemon, hints of coriander. Appearance: straw colored, slight haze, white head with average retention and thin wisps of lacing. Flavor: bread, yeast, light spices and nice fruity ester profile, lemon, low bitterness, dry finish. Palate: light body, medium carbonation. Overall: solid witbier, refreshing and drinkable.

Pours straw color with thin white head and some lacing. Very pleasant notes of wheat and lemon. Well balanced taste with a short sour finish. Crisp and sessionable.

What an amazing witbier! Light amber in color and from an aggressive pour a good foamy head that dissipated quickly to a thin sheen with minimal lacing. Aromas of grains and hearty spices. Flavors of orange zest, lemon zest and clove. Light-bodied and very smooth with a nice dry, clean finish with no harsh aftertastes.

Pours a white, cloudy corn color with a thin frothy cap. The nose is of sulphur, wheat, banana and a little coriander. The taste is very similar to the nose with that odd sulfur essence leading off. Next comes bready wheat, then a dry banana. The finish has a minor ’’zesty’’ orange peel twang. This beer is brand new, I hope the sulfur problem can be fixed in future batches.
