Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy, yellow body with a smallish, frothy, white head. Smell: Slightly tangy scent of wheat marked by citrusy notes of lemon zest and orange peel. All the while there’s a strong scent of coriander spice. Taste: Altogether tangy taste of wheat with a subtle sweetness before the big kick of coriander hits. Again, some tastes of lemon and orange. Minimal hop character with only a mild bitterness present. Finishes appropriately dry with lingering tastes of citrus zest and peppery coriander. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus, lightly effervescent carbonation. Drinkability: Pretty good! An enjoyable witbier with a particularly bold spice character to it suitable for all kinds of outdoor, summertime activities - hiking, water skiing, and even badminton.

The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is pretty basic for a Belgian white. I get a lot of wheat and coriander, with some orange and lemon citrus notes mixed in. The flavor is also pretty straightforward. The wheat is complimented by the coriander and slightly bitter orange peel. Thin mouthfeel and medium, soft carbonation.

This is really a quite fine Belgian white. The flavor has a bit of wheat but not too much. Its good a very sharp crispness to it. Not that spicy, but good.

Thanks to Douglas88. 12oz twist-off bottle. 6% ABV. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Nice belgian yeast aroma. Sweet pale malt aroma. Some banana bread, some distant lemon. Flavor is bready, nice wheat malt character. Some lemon, lime zest, coriander, and a crisp hop. A "lighter" clone of Chimay White? maybe.

12 oz bottle from Utah State Liquor Store #18 Cedar City. Nose is grass, honey, cloves, and white yeasty bread. Hazy light yellow with a medium yellow tinged head. Flavor is lightly sweet, cloves, caramel, and light bubblegum.

A vigorous pour into my 25cl tulip glass summons forth both a lemon-like / coriander scent and a frothy initially three-finger thick, pale, off-white colored head. The beer is a fairly clear gold color that shows a brilliantly though not quite clear, straw-gold color when held up to the light. The aroma is all spices with notes of lemon, a touch of earthy coriander and a finish that has a touch of malt character with a cracker-like grain note.

Somewhat sweet tasting (for a Wit), with a medium’ish body that has enough heft to just cling to the palate after each sip, but is still pretty quaffable.. Spicy with notes of white pepper, citrus zest, and a slightly phenolic finish that reminds me a bit of ginger, but there is also a bite of coriander. While this beer is very spice dominated, some of the fermentation character comes through and contributes to the overall spiciness. There is a touch of woody character that couples with the earthy black pepper and coriander spice notes. As the beer warms a bit more the citrus character becomes more characteristic of orange zest.

Not a bad example of a Wit, it leans towards the citrus side of the spice spectrum, which I definitely enjoy. I prefer my Wits to be a little drier and a little more tart, but this is well within the style parameters.

bottle... ugly dirty gold, off white head, leaves only a ring but has some lace... lightly sweet, graham cracker, cereal, ok but super boring... taste is bland but its better than the nose, sweet overall in a generic way, really grainy, a bit of honey... it unoffensive enough, just so many better options its not worth it

12oz bottle. Pale yellow-tan, hazy. Thin soapy head. The aroma is a touch off, a little corny/grainy. Medium to full bodied, a little stronger than a typical Wit. Spicy orange peel, coriander bite up front. Smooth vanilla toned malty finish. OK, better than most US examples.
