No bones about it: our Belgian Style White Ale is thoroughly unique. The zest of orange rides side-saddle with coriander to create a beer that’s perfect for riding the open-range – or lounging in the backyard.

12oz local bottle. Good beer but seems a little outside the normal Belgian witbier class. Maybe a little too much wheat, banana and lemon. Refreshing and a fuller than expected mouthfeel.

Bottle shared by smokepot23 at Alesmith today. Poured yellow with a bright white head. Nose is sweet with a belgian yeast thing. Taste is light decent and sweet.

This is a better than average wit. Lots of spice and citrus with a sweet wheat character.

Picked this one up at Whole Foods in Las Vegas on behalf of adnielson, so that he could live vicariously through me as I take down this garbage juice. Pour is clear straw with a small white head that quickly dissipated - decent lacing. Wheaty, spicy, somewhat skunky aroma - lacto, biscuit, and dough. Taste is wheaty, bready, grassy, lightly spicy, a touch of coriander, banana, and citrus with a crisp/dry finish. Light body with high carbonation. Pretty simple and really kind-of: Meh. Oh well, just throw it back and get buzzed quick!

Pours to a really pale yellow body with lots of carbonation and a thin creamy white head. The aroma seemed to have a lot of Saaz hops. Some light coriander and yeast. The flavor is pretty much the same. Saaz are apparent, but then subtle coriander and wheat. Almost like it is a blend of a white ale and a pilsner.

Thanks to Santa for sending this my way. It was not the best beer in the box but overall I was pleasantly surprised. More people should give this a try if it is available outside of Utah.

Aroma / Appearance - A huge foamy head took time to condense into a carbonated golden body which reminded me of banana esters, yeast, and candy sugar. Very sweet on the nose it had a hint of spiciness but not enough to offset the other profiles.

Flavor / Palate - Thin with an unexpected sour bite it filled the mouth with watery banana nut bread. A glaze of sugar like a Krispy Kreme donut came next before the moist finish. Overall it was a decent release but since I don’t know what they were intending exactly I am not sure they succeeded.

bottle hauled back from utah by superdave70... hazy sunshiny yellow with a frothy white head and some drips of foam. it smells crisp, light and refreshing.... a mix of dusty wheat, pale grainy sweetness, orange, earthy spice and a little yeast. the flavor has a slight tart note to it... almost like sour cream... lemon, orange, wheat, coriander/earthiness, florals and a muddy/dirty finish. that tartness combined with citrus take care of the finish and make the light to medium body crisp, refreshing and terribly sessionable. 6/3/7/3/14/3.3

Bottle - Clear pale yellow with a thin bubbly white head. Nose is perfume, orange, light coriander, sweet malt and a touch of soap. Taste is soapy, with a bit of citrus, a hint of spice, and some mineral notes. Finishes sweet and fruity. Lots of carbonation and a big fluffy body.

Via trade with Douglas88.. The aroma is yeasty, pepper, apples, apple juice. The appearance is light yellow, hazy, white head. The flavor is peppery, fruity, apples. The finish is pepper, light hops. Thin to medium in body. Nicely done. Thanks, Douglas.

Bottle from Douglas88. This one is not bad and a little more full flavored than what I was expecting. Pour is a clear yellow with a decent white head that disappears pretty quickly but leaves some nice lacing. Full fruit flavor, orange, apple, is pretty nice. Spice, lemon peel, and a unique although slightly weird soapy aroma. Finish is slightly bitter and you are left with some lemony citrus fruit esthers for a while.
