Best Wit of the OBF. Light and drinkable for the summer. Nice slightly Belgian character to the front end. Finishes nicely with a hint of wheat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

What an amazing witbier! Light amber in color and from an aggressive pour a good foamy head that dissipated quickly to a thin sheen with minimal lacing. Aromas of grains and hearty spices. Flavors of orange zest, lemon zest and clove. Light-bodied and very smooth with a nice dry, clean finish with no harsh aftertastes.

Brew pours bright white yellow with a decent head that renigs. Smells like the most beautiful women, fresh, clean, crisp, and pure with vanilla bean and some exotic tropicals. Medium body weight with excellent carbonation almost approaching cream. Oh what a nice brew. A big bosomed vanilla bomb meets the prince of lemon rind intertwined with tropicals from some far off land that only tinker bell could remember. The finish is long and crisp with freshness. Excellent from this brewer.

Pours a pear color with a huge white head of suds. Lots of bubbly carbonation. Nose is a spice floral bouquet. Very creamy and soft on the palate. Sweet flavor of bread, coriander and citrus. Finish soft-no bitterness. Very quaffable brew that pairs well with nuts or finger sandwiches.

Brilliantly clear, light gold in appearance. Aroma and flavor has a complex grainy cereal profile. Some bread yeast in the aroma as well. Nice alcohol warming finish, slightly creamy, medium body. Fantastic beer.

This is really a quite fine Belgian white. The flavor has a bit of wheat but not too much. Its good a very sharp crispness to it. Not that spicy, but good.

Bread/biscuit, citrus, yeasty aroma. Flavor has sweet, bready malt; orange and peppery spice; Wit yeast character, including some banana. A hint of bitterness, that tastes like pith? A little on the sweet side--would like to see more of the grainy malt character in the flavor.
