12oz bottle thanks to douglas88. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head, that quickly diminishes. Aromas of citrus, wheat, coriander and spice. Flavors the same, sweet wheat, citrus and spice. A quite enjoyable wit. Thanks again Douglas.

2009 Bottle - Thanks douglas88! - Pours yellow with a small white head...aroma is spicy, yeasty and bright...flavour is similar, with a overlying malty sweetness that I havenít noticed in other wits...high carbonation, good alcohol presence...not your traditional wit, but very enjoyable!

Bottle courtesy Douglas88. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Citrus zest and coriander spice aroma and a little pepper. Taste is light and malty with a little orange and coriander, maybe some lemon. Light and refreshing, this works very well on a hot humid Florida day.

From a 12 oz bottle this poured a cloudy yellow with a medium white head and lots of lacing as it settled. Nose of citrus and coriander spice. Mouthfeel medium with good carbonation. Flavor is what you would expect with style, with lemons and oranges, again that coriander. Finish is refreshing and spicy. A nice beer and good for a warm day.

Bottle. Clove and spice on the nose. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a tiny white top that didnít linger, also no lacing; yawn. Taste was packed with coriander, orange peel, citrus, and with a subtle spice finish. Easy to drink, and left a pleasant taste on the palate.
